Going Millennial: The Car and Driver Covers of the 2000s and 2010s

In terms of cover design, the first 15 years of the 21st century have seen us experiment more than at any other time in our history. A 2006 redesign was met with friendly constructive criticism—who are we kidding, people hated it—prompting another, far more successful redesign in 2010 that placed a renewed focus on photography, typography, and overall design. And it continues to evolve—well, except perhaps for the whole Corvette, Mustang, or Camaro as cover-star thing. Hey, we just give the people what they want.
